OUR STORY
Everlast Homes specializes in creating extraordinary homes for everyday people. Our operations are based in Vineland, ON and we proudly serve clients throughout Niagara and the GTA.
We are passionate about building. We don’t just build homes – we build solid, lasting relationships with our clients through transparent communication. As custom home builders, we work hard to guide and support our clients through the entire construction process. As a Christian faith-based company, Everlast Homes is committed to working with honor and integrity and to put the needs of others before our own.

Jason Schulenberg
Jason has a post secondary education in business and accounting. In 2012 he started a framing company and with his dedicated framing crews, he has built many quality homes for builders over the years. In 2017, he also started an excavation company with a trusted friend, which quickly grew into an established business with a strong reputation.
Jason wanted to use his experiences to improve the home building service for clients and also the trades he employs. Inspired by his vision, he partnered with Harmen Jongsma, who together obtained a Tarion license and started Everlast Homes.
Harmen Jongsma
Harmen grew up in Fergus, Ontario and has always had a passion for working with his hands and seeing a job done well. He learned the construction business from the ground up. He has personal hands-on experience working in multiple trades, including framing, trim carpentry, pergolas, gazebos and more. Harmen brings a high level of knowledge to this home building business that benefits his clients greatly.

Building a home with us is truly an exciting experience. Once you make the decision to build with Everlast Homes, we will begin the process of designing your dream home and work with you through the following phases:
PHASE 1
This phase starts with an in-depth, no-obligation meeting where we discuss your architectural needs and what you desire in your new home. We will help you understand the steps and cost investment involved with bringing your vision to life. From there, we will be in touch with a trusted architect who will take your vision from thought to fruition and begin the drawings of your new home.
PHASE 2
We will contact the city and arrange to have the proper permits in place to start the build of your new home.
PHASE 3
This is when the fun really starts! This is the phase where the foundation is dug, walls are framed and you see your new home coming together. We will be in contact with you every step of the way to confirm that all of your needs are met with a focus on customizing the home to be the way you have envisioned.
PHASE 4
You can rest easy knowing that your home has been built by a Tarion Licensed Builder. Tarion is a private, not-for-profit consumer protection organization established by the Ontario government to administer the province’s new home warranty program. In this phase we will go over the warranty and protection you have by choosing to build a new home.
